I'm back! I didn't know I need a blogging break, but apparently I was in need of a bit of time off. But, now I'm back with some new goals and big hopes and blogging dreams.
One goal of mine for this blog is to line up guests posts once in awhile. So if you are interested LET ME KNOW!! I have been amazed and surprised and in such awe of how much my simple decision to start running and to blog about it has inspired and motivated other people. I love hearing your stories and learning more about what gets you out there on days you would really rather not. Let's keep each other moving!
A goal that I think is going to me more challenging for me is posting at least twice a week. I find it very easy get in a few a month. Especially when one of them is a race recap. But twice a week??!? That'll be tough. I'll start slow with at least once a week regularly which is better then I have been doing. Let me know if you have any questions or things you are interested in hearing more about. I'm not expert by any means but I might have an answer or two!
Running and training goals? Well, I am going to start physical therapy in September for my left knee/thigh that has been bothering me since before the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in May. So hopefully I'll get that sorted out and start getting a bit faster! I'm really hoping they don't tell me I have to take weeks and weeks off. Just the idea of time off from an injury (that really doesn't hurt most of the time) sounds like an absolutely horrible experience. It's like taking time away from much needed therapy and no one wants that!
So get ready for a blogging explosion coming your way. Haha.
